New articles on Baidu–Google, green business, Beijing art in ‘08
I’ve published three new articles recently.
- With Angie Baecker, “Beijing Before the Olympics: Business as Usual?” ArtAsiaPacific, Issue 59

From its earliest days, when art in China first began to take the forms it is recognized for today, Beijing’s art communities have passed from sensation to legitimization: the clandestine exhibitions once forced into apartment-complex basements have since been welcomed into official spaces as the market for contemporary Chinese art has exploded. …

On the competition between Google and Baidu in the China market. Short version, Baidu is winning for some interesting reasons, but the future is unclear. - “Healthy Profits” (an interview with David Goldstein of the Natural Resources Defense Council), China International Business, July 2008

I had been looking for place to give comment, please! If it’s possible please publish my comments to public! Let everybody discuss about it! There is no copyright exist! Not at all! If copyright exist, there should also have law to protect creators, not only those software writer, I never see such place so there is no copyright exist.
Everybody copy each other, from old time to nowadays, so what is copyright? As I a creator, my design often used by everybody else and once used, that’s it. Sometimes people even stolen and used before I could find way to use, so what! That is human being that nobody can change it, then how some people create little knowledge should sell it forever? It worth that much? Same thing sell over and over, make unlimited money? Then they don’t have to sell it, just sleep with it. Once they sold and got money, that should be done, I mean if I bought a TV, I have right to let anybody to watch it, nobody has right to the thing I paid for.
People should stand out to discuss about this and stop that controller’s unlimited money desire like animal’s desire! As I knew, that computer software writer even designed system to damage people’s computer, forced people to pay over and over, that was so criminal behavior why nobody sues them? If say someone should be in jail those people should be. Regular people just try to survive. In school, a lot of students computer being damaged by those software company, shame of them to hurt those who struggle enough in life! In this country everything happened ridiculous! Private information can be selling legally; everybody can harass others by phone or mail, some people unreasonably to be billionaire and most of people poor like crazy! Rich gets unlimited rich, poor being squished to die, money always occupied by small amount of mean people, and there is no justice! Because those governors are criminal.
Yes, you are right, most of art original created from China, and now still the best creation from there, Chinese offered most to those who are still in stupid brain conditions. While they enjoyed other people’s hard working, opposite to sue those who feed them, what a stupid mean people they are! Isn’t that funny enough? Without other people what Americans can do? Look at their society, except cheat…cheat… desire and desire….what else they knew? Wake up people! How their sloppy life style could throw to the whole world, let everybody else pay for? How could they shameless to put themselves on owner’s position to sue those who were real creator? There is a big question who is the real creator behind? Is possible those stupid people? Maybe people should give it a try to see what Americans can do.
